    Calmer Minds Counselling

Courtney Sambray, RSW, C.C.C As a Registered Social Worker and Canadian Certified Counsellor, I support individuals, couples, and children (ages 5 and up) in their healing journeys with resilience and self-discovery. My approach is client-centered and strength-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Polyvagal Theory, and Play Therapy to foster emotional growth and practical coping strategies. I specialize in working with clients facing ADHD, depression, anxiety, intimate partner violence, and trauma, providing a compassionate space where healing and personal growth can flourish. Through play, children explore their emotions and develop essential skills in a supportive environment, while all clients benefit from curiosity-driven conversations that bridge therapy and daily life. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering a safe space for growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
