Meditation has a variety of health benefits physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Just like any wellness activity in our life, it requires practice and consistency to enjoy its full effects.

 

Some of the benefits of Meditation are:
-reduces stress, depression and anxiety
-improves memory and decreases age-related memory loss
-improves focus and concentration
-enhances self awareness and mindfulness to boost mood
-improves sleep and ability to relax
-generates kindness and compassion
-helps control both physical pain, as well as emotional pain
-can decrease blood pressure
-connects you to your intuition and inner guidance
-connects you to spiritual guidance and support

There are various types of meditations out there. Some may appeal to you more than others so I strongly encourage you to be curious and explore the different kinds, making note of which ones you are drawn to and benefit from the most.


Below are some guided meditations recorded by me for every day use based on the needs of my clients. I also created some to accompany the content within the courses I have created. Sometimes you may use them prescriptively and other times you may find yourself picking whichever one feels right in the moment. There are no rules so please enjoy this new adventure however it comes. I usually recommend at least 10 minutes of meditation a day.

Deep Sleep Meditation

This 10 minute meditation will induce a deep state of relaxation so you can surrender into a restful and restorative sleep. *Do not operate a motor vehicle or other machinery while listening to this recording.

 

Manifesting Meditation

Use this meditation when you are seeking that which you desire. Use your desires and best feeling states to anchor in on that which is already yours. Let your mind create your reality.




Self Love Meditation

This 10 minute Self Love Meditation will create a relaxing and cleansing state of mind that is open to receiving and nurturing thoughts and feelings of self love and compassion.

 

Grounding Meditation

This short meditation can be used to ground you in times of anxiety and despair and also during times when you are needing to feel secure and supported. Use anytime you feel the desire to reconnect with your roots and Mother Earth.




Morning Meditation

This 10 minute meditation will assist you in awakening the connection between your mind and body and help you set the intentions to flow into your day with the best, most desired, state of being and sense of self.

 


Mindfulness Meditation

This short meditation will assist you in grounding and becoming more present and mindful in your thoughts, body and intentions.

 


Inspiration + Guidance Meditation

This meditation connects you with your inner guidance and the support
around you to bring forth creativity, inspiration, answers and connection.
Use it anytime you need clarity, direction or solutions to something you’re
struggling with.


Magical Island Meditation for Kids

This short guided meditation will take kids on a river ride where they can shed their worries and travel to their own private magical island where only their most cherished and favourite things exist to fill them with feelings of love, peace and joy.

 


F*** OFF Meditation

WARNING: Explicit Language. This meditation is useful when identifying and releasing things that no longer serve you. Do you have thoughts, relationships, situations, and negative perceptions that need to F*** OFF so you can live to your truest and highest potential? Do you need a humorous and assertive way to release them? If you answered yes, then this is your Meditation.
